Roger McGuinn concert at Merrimack Hall, April 26, 2014

This concert was seriously a dream come true. We knew all the songs he sang. It was Roger solo the entire time. We absolutely love the Byrds, and Roger is our favorite. He played the banjo, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and 12-string guitar. The show was peaceful, intriguing, inspiring, and surreal. He had so many good stories about the music, and he is a genuine man. Some songs I remember him playing are Pretty Boy Floyd, Turn Turn Turn, Mr. Tambourine Man, Chestnut Mare, 5D, Wasn't Born to Follow, Mr. Spaceman, Old Blue, and so many others. He played them back to back, fitting so many songs into two hours. His voice was clear, cheerful, and still young.
